Simply apply your favorite essential oil(s) to any of the lava stones and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of your oils throughout the day. Reapply as needed. Depending on the quality of your oils, some may diffuse longer than others.

Sizing:
Measure your wrist and add an inch for a nice fit. Not sure what size you need? Size 7 fits most or add a one inch extender option to any size for a more personalized fit.
