Because of my personal struggles with infertility, I felt like anxiety, hormone imbalance, worry, self-love and all these others were very important to nurture, promote, and/or enhance during my treatments. I have carefully chosen these stones and incorporated them all into a fertility mala to address the following:

Mala beads, also known as Buddhist prayer beads, are a collection of beads used traditionally in Buddhist culture for mediation purposes. When using a Mala you start at the guru bead which is usually the largest bead at the bottom of the necklace. From there you work to your right, holding the following bead and sliding along to the next and so on as you concentrate on your breathing or your intention. Mala beads can be worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet.

This Healing Mala Diffuser Necklace is made with the traditional 108 beads. Instead of using the traditional seed or wood beads, I've used gemstone beads to combine the healing properties of gemstones with the Mala. Different gemstones have different energies and healing properties. Now combine all this wonderfulness with the use of essential oils! Some Malas use "marker" beads, in my Healing Diffuser Mala Necklace I'm using lava or rosewood beads. The first is a larger one positioned as the guru bead then three more are strung onto the necklace, two after the first 21 beads on either side and then one laying on the nape for diffusing purposes.
