Simply add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil directly on any of the four lava stones and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of your oils all day. Lava stones are porous so they will soak up your oil(s) without having to worry about any leaks. The scent will diffuse for 1-2 days depending on your oils. Some oils are stronger than others and can last longer.

To find a nice comfortable fit, measure your wrist and add half an inch for a snug fit OR one inch for a loose fit.
Example: If your wrist measures 6" then you would order a size 6.5 or a 7.

*If a different size is needed, just leave your size preference in the Notes to Seller when checking out.

*This listing is for one diffuser bracelet or a stack of three. NOTE: The discounted set of three will come packaged in ONE drawstring bag.

*Do not over stretch bracelet. I use strong, latex-free cord that can withstand the usual on and off stretching but it isn't indestructible. Care should be used to avoid unnecessary over-stretching. Just don't use it as a sling-shot and you should be fine. ;)
