All items are shipped out between 2-5 business days via USPS First Class with their arrival between 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. International orders take longer. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. USPS has been known to loose a package every now and then. If this is the case, please give them up to 30 days to try and locate it. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. Priority shipping is available for domestic orders which also comes with $50 insurance in case your package is lost. Additional insurance is available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and or other charges. These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once your package leaves the US. Please note, I ship all of my orders via USPS, including International orders. In some cases full tracking information may not be available for all final destinations. If full tracking is preferred, please message me for other shipping options.

If you are not completely super duper happy with your purchase, please send it back in the condition that you received it in within 21 days of delivery and I will issue you a full refund for the item(s) sans shipping. Please send returns via USPS with TRACKING info. First-class is the cheapest, but Priority works too.
My main priority is customer satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please message or email me before leaving a bad review. I will do what I can to make it right!
